The service was good with parking nearby. The hotel's location was marvellous, close to the ski slopes, Mursalitsa and the mountains.

We liked staying in this hotel, it was well-maintained and pleasant. The location was magnificent and beautiful, next to Pamporovo from 6/03/2013 to 9/03/2013, restaurant, and the Pamporovo ski area. It also was very near to the slopes.

The heated pool area and the fantastic location close to the slopes and restaurant made for a great stay here.

The deluxe king room was tidy and well, kept. VERY GOOD internet connection. There were a mini, fridge, bar, a sofa bed, and central heating in my room. Excellent and perfect location close to the center of the Pamporovo ski area. I felt safe. Close to Studenets and the Snezhanka mountain. It was also close to the slopes along the road.

The studio suite here has central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk which came in handy.

The staff was extremely helpful. the place was clean. the restaurant served a good choice of meals for breakfast. Overall it was well-kept with very good internet connection. the location was quiet, close to the slopes, the Snezhanka mountain, and Pamporovo, Bulgaria.

The new-fashioned deluxe king room with a king-sized bed was comfortable. the hotel's location near the bus station, the slopes, and the Pamporovo ski area was convenient. the heated pool and onsite parking were great amenities.

The staff here are friendly, the rooms are bright and have a nice forest view, the location is fantastic, and there's convenient on-site parking available.

The hotel is well, kept and new, fashioned. the room had a comfortable king, sized bed and a mini, fridge. It also featured a sofa bed and central heating, which was great. the peaceful location just off Pamporovo and near the ski area was absolutely perfect.

The staff was excellent and attentive. the location was excellent, close to ski slopes, the restaurant, and the Snezhanka mountain. It was barely a 15-minute walk from St Paul's Church, which was ideal for us.

During my recent stay at Mursalitsa By Hmg, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. I especially appreciated the central heating in the room, which kept us cozy throughout our stay.

Although we didn't have the chance to indulge in the spa facilities, I noticed that they were well-maintained and inviting, promising a relaxing experience for those who choose to use them.

Perfect location, 10 min to slopes. Warm, spacious rooms. Great SPA facilities for post-ski relaxation. Good food with daily variety. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Stefan and the receptionist. Don't miss the amazing Turkish bath and massage. A memorable stay, will return!

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the spacious and modern rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect - surrounded by trees but still within easy reach of the center of the Pamporovo ski area. The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide excellent service. They made me feel welcome and were always helpful and friendly. The basic amenities provided in the room were very important to me, as I was working during my stay. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and productive stay.

The only minor issue I noticed was that there was no tea provided in the room. However, this was not a major problem as everything else was okay.
